Inventory Officer at White Soul Group

About the Role

White Soul Group is seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Officer to manage and maintain accurate records of all stock items, spare parts, and materials within our logistics and workshop operations. The ideal candidate will ensure proper inventory control, stock accountability, and smooth coordination between procurement, maintenance, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date records of all inventory items and ensure proper documentation of stock receipts and dispatches
• Conduct regular stock reconciliation and physical inventory checks to prevent discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels and communicate timely reorder requirements to the procurement team
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials and spare parts
• Prepare and submit accurate inventory and usage reports to management
• Work closely with the workshop and operations teams to ensure parts availability for fleet maintenance
• Enforce inventory control procedures and maintain a clean, organized store environment

Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in inventory or store management, preferably within the logistics, automotive, or manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
