Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Officer. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock counts, movements, and adjustments
• Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely inventory receipt and storage
• Handle inventory issuance and returns, resolving any discrepancies
• Generate reports on inventory status, stock movements, and variances for management review
• Implement and uphold inventory control procedures to minimize losses
• Collaborate with departments to assess future stock needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum OND certification in a related field
• 1 year of inventory management experience
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to generate reports to support decision-making
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and learn new systems or processes
