Role Summary Swift Consulting is looking for a proactive and results-driven individual whose primary responsibility will be to bring in students interested in studying abroad. The ideal candidate must be confident, persuasive, and able to generate and convert leads into enrolled students. This role is strictly performance-focused and suited for someone with strong sales and marketing ability. Requirements:

• Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to generate leads independently.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.

• Good use of social media and online marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and bring in students interested in studying abroad.

• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into applicants.

• Promote study abroad opportunities both online and offline.

• Meet assigned enrollment and revenue targets.

• Maintain proper records of prospects and conversions.
