- Mitigate risks related to political, financial, or regulatory issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal, finance) to ensure seamless international execution.
- Provide cultural insights to adapt products, services, and marketing strategies for local markets.
- Support recruitment and training of local representatives where needed.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and assess market entry barriers.
- Provide leadership with data-driven insights to shape strategic decisions.
- Continuously monitor global economic and industry trends that may impact business.
- Manage budgets for international expansion projects.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
- Ensure return on investment (ROI) for global initiatives.
- Degree in Chemistry or Engineering
- MBA would be an added advantage
- Articulate in presentations
