About the Role

Elevated HR Limited seeks a dedicated Internal Auditor to join our organization in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing risks and controls across financial and operational areas while ensuring organizational compliance and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute audit plans, assessing risks and controls across financial and operational areas
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management systems, and compliance with policies and regulations
• Review financial records, identify discrepancies, analyze trends, and detect potential fraud or misconduct
• Document audit findings and present clear reports with actionable recommendations to management
• Follow up on corrective actions and work with management and other departments to implement improvements
• Develop action plans and ensure organizational issues are resolved

Required Qualifications

• HND or B.Sc. in Accounting and/or Finance
• Minimum one year post-NYSC experience

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, objectivity, and independence
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Knowledge of auditing standards and risk assessment frameworks

Compensation

N100,000 – N120,000 monthly
