About This Internship

This internship program promotes employability by providing work experience to recent graduates and university students in career transition. It offers an opportunity to develop leadership competencies and promote women's participation in decision-making roles within key development spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks
• Assist with the collection and analysis of data
• Gather scientific data from multiple data sources
• Perform data entry into data management systems
• Communicate findings and facilitate knowledge dissemination among stakeholders
• Produce written reports documenting analysis results and key learnings
• Initiate, assist with, report on, and monitor departmental initiatives
• Plan and facilitate regular meetings and knowledge exchange sessions
• Contribute to building a productive and positive working environment
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the department head or line manager

Minimum Qualifications

• Female candidates only
• First degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant field
• NYSC Certificate of completion, exemption, or exclusion (compulsory)
• Professional experience relevant to the position is an additional advantage
