About the Internship

This internship program provides recent graduates and university students in career transition with valuable work experience in the ICT field. The program aims to develop leadership competencies and promote the participation of women in decision-making roles within key development spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Support System and Network Administrators in day-to-day support and maintenance of IT infrastructure
• Perform data gathering by researching and collecting scientific data from eHealth Systems Africa data sources and external ICT-related sources
• Assist with daily troubleshooting support for IT equipment and devices
• Perform data entry into inventory management and data management systems
• Communicate findings and facilitate knowledge dissemination among stakeholders
• Research new areas that can be addressed in business processes and product development
• Develop innovative, pragmatic, and simple solutions both independently and as part of a team
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the department head or line manager

Required Qualifications

• First Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Female candidates only
