About the Internship

This internship program is designed to promote employability by providing recent graduates and university students in career transition with meaningful work experience. The program also aims to develop leadership competencies and encourage women's participation in decision-making roles within key development spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop basic data analytics using Excel, Python, and R programming language
• Support map production to meet project deliverables
• Utilize GIS applications and departmental development infrastructure, providing feedback as appropriate
• Assist with GIS-related operations and processes to improve existing solutions in the Product & Services department
• Initiate, assist with, report on, and monitor various initiatives and development projects
• Plan and facilitate regular meetings and knowledge exchange sessions
• Communicate findings and facilitate knowledge dissemination among stakeholders
• Contribute to building a productive and pleasant working environment
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department head or line manager

Minimum Qualifications

• First degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field of study
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant field
• NYSC Certificate of Completion, Exemption, or Exclusion (compulsory)
