Job Overview

We are seeking Intern Architects to join our Design team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting senior architects and designers with various tasks related to architectural projects, including drafting plans, preparing drawings, and supporting project coordination. You will work under supervision, gaining valuable experience in design, documentation, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural designs, plans, and 3D models
• Prepare detailed drawings, sketches, and technical documents
• Support project coordination including details, schedules, and documentation
• Assist in client meetings, presentations, and gathering project requirements
• Research building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design practices
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and gather information
• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and other project team members
• Assist in identifying and resolving project-related issues
• Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities

Requirements

• Currently a student of Architecture (300 Level and above)
• Passionate about architecture and innovations
• Computer literate with proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, 3D animation)
• Strong research and information gathering skills
• Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Collaboration and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of architectural principles and practices

Compensation

N50,000 per month
