Interior Architect / 3D Visualizer

About the Role

Beaumont Luxe Interiors is recruiting an Interior Architect / 3D Visualizer to join our established team. In this role, you will specialize in designing and creating interior spaces that prioritize safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. You will work on diverse projects ranging from private homes to commercial buildings, collaborating with clients, architects, designers, construction teams, and inspectors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build interiors with a focus on safety, functionality, and aesthetics
• Understand and apply knowledge of building material durability and strength
• Skillfully use light, color, and textures to enhance spaces
• Draft comprehensive plans for creating or refinishing spaces in private homes and commercial buildings
• Interact with clients to understand their tastes and project expectations
• Collaborate with architects, designers, construction teams, and inspectors
• Develop detailed interior design plans considering construction, lighting, and furnishings
• Ensure all designs comply with federal, state, and local building regulations
• Conduct initial client consultations to discuss project expectations and gather site information
• Provide professional building suggestions based on client needs and space constraints
• Use computer drafting programs such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and BIM (Building Information Modeling) to create design plans
• Create design plans showing placement of walls, windows, doors, plumbing, electrical systems, ventilation, structural accents, and furnishings
• Manage projects from conception through completion

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, or Master's Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Practical knowledge of interior design elements and principles
• Strong proficiency with color theory and mood board creation
• Artistic and imaginative mindset with keen attention to detail
• Excellent project planning and follow-through abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software
