A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Job Description
  • Oversee daily food production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules
  • Monitor and manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high standards of food preparation
  • Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and maintenance of a clean and organized workspace
  • Conduct thorough testing and refinement of recipes to ensure product consistency and quality
  • Implement and enforce strict food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular quality checks of raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards
  • Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely procurement and minimal wastage
  • Prepare and manage the kitchen budget, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and culinary techniques, incorporating new ideas into the production process
