Intelligence Officer at FoliXx Hospitality

Role Summary

The Intelligence Officer will be responsible for monitoring internal activity, preventing security breaches, identifying risks early, and proactively gathering information to protect the business, our guests, and our staff.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Security Intelligence

• Observe daily floor operations discreetly and report inconsistencies, misconduct, or suspicious behavior
• Monitor guest and staff interactions to identify risks, threats, potential breaches, or unusual activity
• Identify internal theft, collusion, or policy violations and escalate appropriately
• Stay alert to emerging trends, customer patterns, and potential threats to the business

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure departmental SOPs, security policies, and service standards are followed in real time
• Conduct routine assessments on staff performance, guest flow, and operational vulnerabilities
• Prepare daily intelligence reports highlighting observations, risks, and recommendations
• Maintain strict confidentiality and chain-of-command protocols

Incident Prevention & Response

• Proactively detect conflict, crowd dynamics, or suspicious behavior before escalation
• Support security team during emergencies, high-risk scenarios, and VIP events
• Monitor sensitive operational processes (cash handling, entry screening, VIP access, restricted areas)

Collaborative Support

• Work closely with Security, Operations, and Guest Experience teams
• Provide intelligence briefings to management when required
• Reinforce a culture of professionalism, awareness, loyalty, and discipline across departments

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in security, intelligence, or related field
• Previous experience in security, intelligence, or surveillance
