• The Installer will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of air-conditioning systems. 

• The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain air-conditioning and HVAC systems

• Conduct site assessments prior to installations

• Perform system testing, vacuuming, gas charging, and commissioning

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs effectively

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

• Maintain tools and installation equipment

• Provide basic usage guidance to clients when required

• Complete job reports and service documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of OND / Technical Certificate

• 2–4 years relevant installation experience

• Proven experience in HVAC/AC installation and maintenance

• Ability to read basic technical drawings and manuals.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of copper piping, electrical connections, and refrigerants

• Attention to detail and safety consciousness

• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

• Good communication skills

• Physically fit for fieldwork.
