## Title: Inn Manager

About The Role

The Startup Place Limited seeks a dedicated Inn Manager to oversee the overall day-to-day operations of our hotel/inn. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The successful candidate will ensure excellent guest experience, efficient staff management, and smooth operational performance while maintaining high service standards and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage (if applicable), and maintenance
  • Ensure all hotel activities comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hospitality standards
  • Monitor room availability, occupancy rates, and guest flow

Guest Experience

  • Ensure exceptional guest service at all times
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where necessary

Staff Management

  • Supervise, train, and motivate hotel staff to deliver quality service
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and performance
  • Conduct staff meetings, evaluations, and disciplinary actions when required

Financial & Administrative Duties

  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and daily revenue
  • Ensure accurate reporting of cash handling, bookings, and invoices
  • Assist in setting pricing strategies and controlling operational costs

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Support marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and guest retention
  • Coordinate with online travel agencies (OTAs) and reservation platforms
  • Promote hotel services and special offers

Maintenance & Safety

  • Ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and safe at all times
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities promptly
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in hotel or hospitality management
