Information Technology Administrator at Rovingheights

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos. The Information Technology Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support, network administration, system administration, and troubleshooting. Daily tasks include maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, managing hardware and software installations, and resolving technical issues promptly.

Required Qualifications

Project Management & Collaboration Tools

• Proficiency with modern project management platforms such as SmartSuite, Trello, or Notion
• Ability to set up workflows, assign tasks, track progress, and maintain timelines across multiple teams
• Familiarity with integrating these tools with other productivity apps (Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

WordPress Development & E-commerce Management

• At least 2–3 years of proven hands-on experience building and managing WordPress websites
• Proficiency in WooCommerce setup, customization, and maintenance
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot plugins and themes
• Experience with website performance optimization (page speed, SEO readiness, mobile responsiveness)
• Understanding of basic HTML, CSS, and PHP for small fixes and adjustments

Digital Advertising (Google & YouTube)

• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads campaign setup and management, including search, display, and shopping campaigns
• Ability to conduct keyword research, bidding strategy, and ad optimization for better ROI
• Experience running and analyzing YouTube ads for brand awareness and conversions
• Familiarity with A/B testing and budget management

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data cleaning, analysis, and visualization (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting)
