Rocksteady Productions is seeking a talented and driven producer to bring our creative projects to life from concept development through to final production. Key Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules and coordinate between creative, technical, and post-production teams
• Oversee the execution of both short and long video projects from start to finish
• Collaborate closely with writers, directors, and other creatives to develop original ideas
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Anticipate and solve problems before they disrupt the production process
• Problem-solve and adapt plans quickly to meet creative and logistical needs

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in video or media production (portfolio or project list required)
• Comprehensive understanding of the full production lifecycle, from pre-production planning through to post-production
• Highly organised, proactive approach with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate diverse teams
• Passionate about storytelling with deep familiarity of Nigerian pop culture and audiences
• Lagos-based with ability to commute to the office and shoot locations as needed
