Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to users by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with systems, networks, and peripherals
• Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's ICT assets and data
• Establish, manage, and maintain computer networks and servers to ensure their efficient operation
• Train staff on the effective use of ICT tools and applications to enhance productivity
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficient operations
• Manage IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring they meet organizational needs
• Collaborate with external vendors for ICT-related products and services
• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and recommend relevant improvements
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ICT hardware and software

Qualifications

• HND or B.Sc Degree
• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience
