Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc or BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
• Excellent communication skills, particularly when supporting non-technical staff
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
