Ice Cream Maker at Rubels & Angels

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Ice Cream Maker. This role involves preparing and producing high-quality ice cream products while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and churn ice cream bases according to standardized recipes
• Measure and combine ingredients accurately to maintain product consistency
• Operate and maintain ice cream machines, freezers, and related equipment
• Monitor freezing times, textures, and temperatures to ensure quality output
• Experiment with new flavors, toppings, and product ideas when required
• Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of production area and equipment
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and storage guidelines
• Package finished ice cream products and label them correctly
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and notify supervisors when stock is low
• Assist in serving customers when needed, ensuring excellent service
• Document daily production logs and report any issues or inconsistencies
• Work with the team to meet production targets and maintain product quality
