## Title: Human Resources Process Specialist
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Process Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, design, and streamline HR processes to improve operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR functions
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations activities
- Manage HR data, records, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied
- Monitor compliance with labour laws and institutional policies
- Identify process gaps and recommend innovative solutions for improvement
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports for management decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in HR operations, process improvement, or similar roles
- Proven knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational policy implementation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR management systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree or professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent)
