## Title: Human Resources Process Specialist

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Process Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, design, and streamline HR processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR functions
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations activities
  • Manage HR data, records, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied
  • Monitor compliance with labour laws and institutional policies
  • Identify process gaps and recommend innovative solutions for improvement
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports for management decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in HR operations, process improvement, or similar roles
  • Proven knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational policy implementation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR management systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent)
