Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR professional for a short-term role (3–6 months) as a Human Resources Officer with a focus on Document Control. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and document management while supporting our HR department.
Key Responsibilities
Document Control
- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust document control system to ensure all HR documents are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible
- Ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval of HR documents, both physical and digital
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control procedures
HR Support
- Assist the HR team with various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Provide support in maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and managing HR databases
- Assist in coordinating HR initiatives and programs
Compliance
- Ensure all HR documents and processes comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations that may impact HR processes
Process Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement in document control and HR processes and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement process improvements and best practices
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare reports on document control activities, HR metrics, and compliance status
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and document management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
