  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Ikeja.
  • The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR functions, implementing HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations.
  • They will develop job descriptions, support recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Daily tasks include addressing employee inquiries, conducting performance reviews, and promoting a productive work environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations
  • Skilled in Job Description Development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
