## Title: Human Resources Manager
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Develop and execute the company's annual recruitment plan to ensure timely hiring for key positions
- Organize candidate screening, interviews, offer issuance, and onboarding processes, optimizing recruitment cycle time and cost
Performance Management & Incentives
- Design and implement a scientific performance appraisal system, follow up on results, and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate with departments to establish KPIs aligned with company strategic objectives
- Propose incentive programs, including bonus plans, promotions, and employee development opportunities
HR Policies & Employee Relations
- Ensure deep familiarity with Nigerian labor laws, NSITF, ITF, HMO, pension, and tax regulations to ensure HR compliance
- Manage employment contracts, employee relations, termination procedures, and labor dispute resolution to protect company interests
- Organize staff activities, training programs, and benefits schemes to enhance employee engagement and retention
Organizational Development & Culture
- Promote organizational structure optimization to improve workforce efficiency and operational performance
- Build and reinforce company culture, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience
- At least 2 years as HR Manager or HRBP
- Experience in renewable energy or multinational companies is a plus
Professional Skills
- Strong recruitment expertise with hands-on experience using LinkedIn and Nigeria's major recruitment platforms
- Skilled in designing performance appraisal systems and incentive schemes, with proven implementation results
- Excellent knowledge of Nigerian labor law, social security, tax, and employment regulations
