About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our Human Resources team and drive people-focused initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and establish Human Resource Systems and Structures
• Recruit talent by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the entire hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans for new employees
• Develop training and development plans to support employee growth
• Develop and provide counseling on company policies and procedures
• Assist in performance management processes
• Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of proven experience in Human Resources
• Human Resources Certifications and relevant educational background
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and ethics

Compensation

N350,000 - N450,000 monthly
