Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all core HR departmental functions. This role requires a strategic leader who will oversee payroll, employee relations, HR administration, learning and development, internal recruitment, and employee engagement while maintaining and improving HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all core HR departmental areas including payroll, employee relations, HR administration, learning and development, internal recruitment, employee engagement, and HR systems
- Provide direction to the HR team on work priorities, budget allocation, staff resources, and strategic management issues
- Ensure compliance with current regulations, professional standards, policies, and legislation including data protection, equality, and health and safety requirements
- Implement and manage employment policies consistently across the organization
- Ensure employment law, HR policy, best practice, and workforce development are applied throughout the organization
- Oversee professional onboarding processes to facilitate efficient employee integration
- Execute the HR Strategy and monitor achievement of organizational objectives
- Support HR staff in meeting relevant professional standards
- Develop and enhance engagement and welfare activities to maximize productivity
- Devolve HR responsibilities to line managers and build leadership capability
- Identify HR trends and direct attention to key issues and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
- BSc or HND in Business or Social Sciences
- Minimum 6 years of work experience
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR or Administrative Manager in a fast-growing organization
- Current membership with CIPM (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management)
