## Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Manager located in Akure. You will oversee HR initiatives and support organizational goals through strategic human resources management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment processes and manage employee onboarding
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
  • Develop strategies to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Collaborate with management to support organizational objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong background in recruitment, employee onboarding, and accurate record-keeping
  • Experience creating and implementing HR policies and performance management systems
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
