## Title: Human Resources Manager

Role Overview

Jomav Homes is seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Akure, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR initiatives including recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws
  • Manage employee relations and handle conflict resolution
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Collaborate with management to support organizational goals
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong background in recruitment, employee onboarding, and record management
  • Proven experience creating and implementing HR policies and performance management systems
  • Knowledge of organizational development strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements in Nigeria

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Additional Information

  • HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, PHR) are preferred
  • Must be a resident of Akure or willing to relocate
