Human Resources Manager at Green Habitat Initiative (GHI)

Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR strategy and operations, including recruitment, performance management, staff development, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with GHI's goals and values
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes
• Manage employee relations and provide advisory support to management and staff
• Strengthen performance management and feedback systems
• Design and oversee training and staff development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date HR records
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable organizational culture

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources management role
• Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor regulations
• Proficiency in HR software and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Slack, or similar)
