Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Oversee the organisation’s HR policies are strategies, supervise HR personnel; employee grievances and disciplinary procedures, HR Training and development, performance management systems that drive high performance, Recruitment and selection process, understanding of Nigeria Labour Laws, HR budgeting and forecasting, HR Database management, compensation management, ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and contribution to organisational success etc.  Required Qualifications: , EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or any other similar field. A master’s degree is an advantage. 

• 5–10 years of experience driving results in the human resources field 

• Experience in manufacturing setup of up is required 

• Membership of CIPMN and/or PHR/SPHR is an added advantage. 

Must not be more than 45 years of age at the time of application. SALARY/BENEFITS Monthly salary and fringe benefits are attractive, and negotiable based on experience.
