A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. You will oversee the  daily personnel functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance with medical regulations, and employee relations to ensure high-quality patient care. Your role also includes  managing staffing shifts, implement HR policies, and handle staff compensation. Key Responsibilities:  
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Hiring qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses and specialists, and managing scheduling for operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws, safety standards, and labor regulations.
  • Employee Relations & Retention: Handling grievances, managing contracts, and maintaining a positive work culture to reduce turnover.
  • Training & Development: Organizing onboarding and refresher training on policies.
  • Performance & Benefits Management: Managing employee performance and overseeing compensation and benefits. 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Generally 5–7 years of HR experience, specifically in a hospital or medical setting.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Managing, and collaborating with diverse healthcare staff.
  • Decision-Making: Ability to solve complex staff issues and prioritize tasks.
  • Education: Degree in human resource management or a related field. 
  • operational efficiency with employee well-being to support patient care.
