## Title: Human Resources Executive

Job Summary

Uncle Stan's Foods is seeking a qualified Human Resources Executive to support all HR functions and ensure efficient operations of the HR department. In this role, you will help build a productive, compliant, and positive work environment by focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance with company policies and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintain an updated database of all staff and job applicants
  • Coordinate staff orientation and ensure new hires are properly integrated into the company culture

Employee Relations

  • Support employee engagement initiatives to foster motivation and retention
  • Address staff grievances promptly and escalate serious issues where necessary
  • Promote effective communication between management and staff

Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and tracking KPIs
  • Support managers with performance review processes and documentation

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and payroll documentation
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure all HR files are up-to-date and confidential
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and assist in organizing internal and external training sessions
  • Track employee development and training outcomes

Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Enforce HR policies, disciplinary actions, and standard operating procedures
  • Keep up to date with labour law regulations and HR best practices

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
