## Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary

We are recruiting an HR Generalist on behalf of our client, a leading retailer of fast-moving consumer goods with 4 branches across strategic locations in Lagos State. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manpower Planning and Recruitment
  • Reward and Recognition
  • Administration of the Performance Management process
  • Management of the Learning and Development process
  • Employee Relations Management
  • Employee Records Management and Exit Management

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • BSc/HND or equivalent qualification
  • 2 years' work experience as an HR Generalist
  • Good customer service and customer-facing background in the FMCG Industry
  • Good understanding of the retail business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Required Attributes and Skills

  • Professional certification in Human Resources (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc.) — advantageous
  • Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems — advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong planning abilities
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and credible
  • Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and persuasive approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to commute to and work from other branches as required

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: ₦300,000.00 (gross)
