About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a dynamic team that is expanding and looking for an HR Generalist with a strong customer service background in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

Mainland, Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Manpower planning and recruitment
• Reward and recognition programmes
• Administration of the performance management process
• Management of learning and development initiatives
• Employee relations management
• Employee records and exit management

Required Qualifications and Experience

• BSc/HND or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years' work experience as an HR generalist
• Strong customer service/customer-facing background in the FMCG industry
• Good understanding of the retail business
• Professional certification in Human Resources (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage
• Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems is an advantage

Salary and Benefits

• N300,000 (gross) per month
• Annual leave allowance
• HMO coverage (self and dependent)
