About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with employee engagement initiatives. This position will formulate partnerships across Mutual Benefit Assurance to deliver value-added services to management in performance and compensation management, as well as in the development of staff competencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Update current HR policies and provide guidance to Line Managers on HR policy interpretation, ensuring consistent application across the organization
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and enhance staff retention
- Anticipate and resolve complex employee relations issues before they impact the business through continuous engagement with Line Managers and thorough investigations when required
- Develop Job Descriptions for all roles and communicate them to staff
- Develop Succession Planning strategies for critical roles to strengthen organizational bench strength
- Ensure review and implementation of HR policies, processes, and procedures in line with leading practices
- Oversee planning and forecasting of manning requirements, including monitoring of organizational structure and manning levels
- Collaborate with HR team members to review HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure alignment with current organizational needs, strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and support staff retention
Required Qualifications
- Good first degree from a reputable Higher Institution
- Master's degree (preferred)
- Relevant Professional certification in CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or CPHR
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in HR and Administration, with at least 5 years in senior management level
