Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HR manager in completing departmental tasks
• Track and implement daily work operations
• Manage local recruitment and onboarding of new staff
• Handle attendance tracking, salary input/calculation, and benefits administration

Required Qualifications

• BSc/HND or above
• 25-30 years old
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar HR position
• Proficient in computer usage with expert-level Microsoft Office skills
