About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Officer at Jules Construction. In this role, you will manage every aspect of the employment process and support critical HR functions to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the employment process, including recruitment, orientation, and training of new staff members
- Assist with payroll management to ensure employees receive paychecks on time
- Administer HR functions including compensation, benefits, training, and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and enforce disciplinary procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND qualification
- 1–6 years of proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Administrator, or in a similar HR position
Required Skills and Competencies
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High ethical standards and reliability
Compensation
₦80,000 – ₦150,000 per month
