About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to oversee all aspects of HR operations. The Human Resource Manager will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training. The ideal candidate will be proactive, people-oriented, and skilled in balancing strategic leadership with hands-on HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes aligned with company objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation programs
- Oversee employee performance reviews and professional development plans
- Promote positive employee relations and address workplace issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and company policies
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development
- Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and staff documentation
- Advise management on people-related strategies and organizational development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR management or related HR roles
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
