About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our expanding team in Lagos. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with our overall business objectives while building and maintaining a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
• Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent
• Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, and other issues promptly and effectively
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management by staying up to date with labor laws and regulations
• Oversee performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and provide constructive feedback
• Design and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and cost-effective
• Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness

Location Requirements

Must reside within the Amuwo Odofin, Festac Access Road, Akoka, and Surulere area of Lagos.
