Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee all human resources functions for our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while balancing strategic planning with operational execution. You will create and maintain a productive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and manage end-to-end hiring processes
- Oversee smooth onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution
- Promote a positive organizational culture through engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes
- Support managers in coaching and mentoring staff to enhance performance
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee records, payroll, and leave management
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Advise management on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce planning
- Lead initiatives to improve employee productivity, retention, and workplace culture
- Provide support to the Operations department
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven human resources management experience, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
- Attention to detail and sound judgment
