## Title: Human Resources Manager

Position Overview

DET Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for talent management, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and driving a positive workplace culture aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Oversee employee relations, discipline, and grievance management
  • Drive performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
  • Manage payroll coordination, leave administration, and staff records
  • Lead training and capacity-building programs
  • Advise management on HR strategies and organizational development
  • Promote employee engagement, welfare, and workplace culture
  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Added Advantage

  • Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent)
