About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing HR Generalist to join our dynamic FMCG team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be a key support professional responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws, and overseeing daily administrative operations. This role is vital for fostering a motivated workforce, streamlining office processes, and driving growth across our e-commerce, warehousing, and digital marketing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

• Conduct recruitment, talent acquisition, and talent retention initiatives
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage complete employee lifecycle processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR policy compliance
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally
• Support performance management and training initiatives
• Collaborate with management to drive employee engagement and retention
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and Nigerian labor regulations, including the Labour Act, National Industrial Court guidelines, and FMCG industry-specific standards

Administrative Operations

• Oversee office management, including procurement of supplies and maintenance of office equipment
• Coordinate with vendors for services such as IT support, cleaning, and security
• Manage warehouse administrative tasks, including inventory tracking support and logistics coordination
• Ensure documentation compliance for shipments in line with Nigerian Customs and Excise regulations

Cross-Functional Support

• Support e-commerce and social media operations with administrative coordination
• Assist with content schedule coordination and digital asset file management
• Ensure data privacy compliance under Nigeria's Data Protection Regulation (NDPR)
