Job Summary
We are seeking a Human Capital Management Officer to provide comprehensive support in managing employee documentation, records, and human resources administration. This role ensures that all staff files, records, and statutory compliance requirements are maintained efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure reference and guarantor letters for new hires are sent within one week of documentation submission
- Maintain and properly file all staff documents and personnel files for easy retrieval
- Update records for new and existing staff members in Excel and relevant systems
- Ensure all staff documentation and details are current and easily accessible
- Process staff leave forms and maintain leave records
- Coordinate the processing and signing of offer letters for new hires
- Compile and file staff annual appraisal forms
- Follow up on internal correspondence with other departments
- Manage and compile daily staff attendance records
- Prepare statutory remittance schedules including pension, NSITF, and ITF payments; ensure submission for approval by the 30th of each month
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR management systems
