HR Payroll Specialist at Stellar Group

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified HR Payroll Specialist to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, employee records, and payroll reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll by collecting timekeeping data, calculating wages, overtime, and bonuses, and executing regular payroll runs
• Maintain current and accurate employee records, including updates to exemptions, benefits, and job status
• Ensure confidentiality of all payroll information in accordance with company policies
• Generate and distribute payroll reports to HR and finance departments, including summaries of expenses, taxes, and earnings
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by direct supervisor

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above
• 3-5 years of payroll experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Major or background in Human Resource Management, Enterprise Management, or related fields
