HR Operations & Compliance Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations & Compliance Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, manage employee relations, and strengthen onboarding and workplace culture. Compensation

Salary: 350,000 – 400,000 Net

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes to ensure smooth employee integration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Track employee attendance, punctuality, leave records, and HR task execution
• Provide day-to-day HR operational support and guidance to employees and line managers
• Support payroll processing, leave administration, and HR data reporting with accuracy and timeliness
• Assist in drafting, implementing, reviewing, and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
• Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal company policies
• Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee relations matters, grievances, and workplace issues
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, onboarding experience, training sessions, and internal HR communications
• Prepare HR operational and compliance reports and support internal audits as required
• Liaise with Finance, vendors, and service providers to ensure effective HR service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, compliance, or employee relations
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
