Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated HR Officer to assist in staff management processes, including documentation, communication, and support for operational activities. You will implement company-planned HR initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our human resources department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, performance management, and reward processes for the department
- Identify and design initiatives to support the achievement of departmental plans, ensuring effective cascading and standardization of approaches across operating companies
- Support the implementation and coordination of the performance management process, including distribution, collation, and analysis of completed performance appraisal forms
- Handle personnel file opening for all junior and middle-level staff, ensuring all recruitment processes are properly adhered to and documented
- Update and maintain personal files for staff members in compliance with company procedures
- Participate in the coordination of the induction process to integrate new staff into the workplace
- Track all staff awaiting employment confirmation and ensure all required documentation is completed and presented to the HR Manager at least 3 weeks before the confirmation date
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years relevant HR experience in a consulting or technology company
- Basic or foundation knowledge of HR principles and practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and organized approach with a growth mindset
