We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job Summary
  • We’re hiring an HR Officer with 3–5 years of experience to support our HR operations in an engineering company.
  • The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Requirements
  • B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and labour laws
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Experience in an engineering or technical firm is an added advantage.
