HR Manager at OJ Wale Pillars Metal and Tech Limited

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our team at OJ Wale Pillars Metal and Tech Limited. The successful candidate will support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Maintain a talent database and support employer-branding initiatives

Onboarding & Orientation

• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
• Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth integration into the organization
• Coordinate induction programs and monitor probation periods

Employee Relations

• Serve as a contact point for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes
• Promote a positive work environment through staff engagement initiatives

Performance Management

• Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and KPIs
• Track performance reviews and support managers in employee development planning
• Identify training needs and help coordinate training programs

HR Administration & Compliance

• Maintain accurate employee records (HRIS, personnel files, attendance, leave)
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for audits
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
• Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or related field
