HR Generalist at Fave Consulting

Job Summary

We're looking for a high-performing HR Generalist to join our fast-paced FMCG team at Fave Consulting in Abuja. The HR Generalist is a key support role responsible for managing employee lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws, and overseeing daily administrative operations. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will balance HR and administrative duties within a small to mid-sized team. This role is vital for fostering a motivated workforce, streamlining office processes, and driving growth across the company's e-commerce, warehousing, and digital marketing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

• Conduct recruitment, talent hunts, and talent retention activities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage employee lifecycle processes and maintain accurate employee records
• Ensure HR policy compliance and adherence to Nigerian labor regulations, including the Labour Act and National Industrial Court guidelines
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally
• Support performance management and training initiatives
• Collaborate with management to drive employee engagement and retention

Administrative Operations

• Oversee office management, including procurement of supplies and maintenance of office equipment
• Coordinate with vendors for services such as IT support, cleaning, and security
• Manage warehouse administrative tasks, including inventory tracking support and logistics coordination
• Handle documentation for shipments in line with Nigerian Customs and Excise regulations

Digital Operations Support

• Support e-commerce and social media operations by assisting with administrative aspects
• Coordinate content schedules and manage digital asset files
• Ensure data privacy compliance under Nigeria's Data Protection Regulation (NDPR)
