## Title: HR Coordinator – Culture & Performance

Position Overview

The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in building and sustaining company culture, strengthening employee engagement, and driving a structured performance management framework that aligns with operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen company culture across MRO, FBO, and support functions
  • Drive employee engagement programs and monitor morale trends
  • Support leadership in embedding organizational values and behavioral standards
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs (e.g., performance awards, service milestones)
  • Partner with managers to address engagement gaps and retention risks

Performance Management

  • Administer and enhance the company's performance appraisal system
  • Support goal-setting alignment (KPIs/OKRs) across departments
  • Track performance outcomes and identify development needs
  • Ensure timely completion of appraisal cycles
  • Provide coaching to managers on conducting structured performance reviews

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Manage employee disciplinary processes in line with company policy and Nigerian Labour Law
  • Support investigations and documentation
  • Promote fairness, consistency, and procedural integrity
  • Maintain HR documentation and compliance standards

Talent Development & Recognition

  • Support learning and development initiatives
  • Identify high-potential employees and succession planning opportunities
  • Coordinate structured recognition and reward frameworks tied to performance

HR Operations Support

  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Support HR reporting and analytics
  • Assist in workforce planning initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–6 years' progressive HR experience
  • Experience in aviation or engineering sectors (preferred)
