## Title: HR/Admin Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the internal human resources function of our organization while supporting key HR projects as needed. The ideal candidate will ensure that our internal people management practices align with best practices and local labor laws, while contributing expertise to help deliver outstanding HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company's recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and offboarding
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and industry best practices
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process and support line managers with performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
  • Champion initiatives that foster a positive work culture, drive employee engagement, and support retention

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects

Desirable Qualifications

  • Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPM)

Compensation

N300,000 - N350,000 per month
